Happy Mother's Day!

 What an awesome weekend we had!! I am so thankful and blessed to be Austin's mommy. Kids really do say the darnest things and Austin keeps us laughing all day long. 

Austin and I started off the weekend making chocolate chip cookies. First time making cookies from scratch. 

He was so excited when I told him what we were going to do. 

One thing about Austin is that he LOVES to help! 

And the best part about making chocolate chip cookies is........

           You get to eat the batter! 

The finished product! They were so good! Austin did a great job! 

Austin also loves to help water the flowers, tree, and bushes. 

And he also loves to help daddy with yard work

Miss Jill and I had a 5K early Saturday morning. This was my 2nd one and we did great! Now it's time to train for a 10K

Austin and daddy did an awesome job making me feel so special on Mother's Day. From letting me sleep in and making a delicious breakfast and presents! Here is one of my gifts that I absolutely love!
