Summer time!

I know it's not "officially" summer yet, but the weather has been gorgeous! Last week Thursday we had to take Austin in to get tubes put in his ears. My poor guy has had 7 ear infections! He even had one the day of surgery. It's crazy I know!! 

Here is Austin 2 weeks ago waiting to meet with the ENT doctor. 

                  

Austin couldn't have anything to eat after midnight. Matt and I were so worried he would be extremely fussy the morning of surgery since his surgery time was at 8:15am. And we had to be there at 6:30. 

He actually surprised us. He kept himself busy playing with all the toys in his room.

We finally made it to the pool this past weekend! Austin had a blast with his buddy Christopher. It took Austin a few tries going into the kiddie pool but once he was in he didn't want to get back out. 

             Ahhhh, this is the life! 

             They are so cute together!

Every night after bath time we wrap him up in his towel, we immediately go to the mirror and say "there's our giraffe!" Lol. He loves seeing himself in the mirror.
